Radiation Therapist (Onsite - Hayward, CA)

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Radiation Therapist (Onsite - Hayward, CA).

Responsibilities include:

• Collaboratively developing and implementing radiation treatments in accordance with the Radiation Oncologist's prescription and instructions.
• Checking patient information, preparing rooms and equipment, communicating with patients, transferring patients, performing radiation treatments, maintaining schedules, supplies, records, and assisting with teaching.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Clinical understanding of processes in a medical and radiation oncology department.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Registered by the ARRT in Radiation Therapy.
• Current State License (if applicable).
• Ability to complete LMS training specific to responsibilities.
• Meet requirements for client site access, including ID, background checks, immunizations, and healthcare training.
• Proficiency in standard business tools (Email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience; experience preferred but new graduates considered.

The base pay range is $135,200 - $202,700, depending on experience and skills. Full client site access is required, with necessary credentialing and compliance with client requirements.
