Qualifications

• Associate degree required in Radiation Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prescribed imaging and document changes within 24 hours.
• Review new starts for consistency prior to treatment and verify parameters.
• Perform morning QA on treatment unit and report malfunctions.
• Educate and supervise students as required.
• Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as needed.
• Verify physician prescription and treatment parameters daily.
• Position patients consistently and identify treatment volume.
• Address patient needs and communicate effectively during treatment.
• Perform CT simulation, including contrast administration as directed.
• Report adverse reactions to physicians and site leaders.
