Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC, based near Buckeye Lake, Ohio, seeks a Radiation Therapist for a full-time day shift. You will administer radiation therapy, perform simulations, and ensure accurate documentation under the radiation oncologist's direction. A strong patient-centric approach is required.

The role offers a 40-hour work week with no weekends, and a competitive compensation range of $74,000–$99,000 plus full benefits. Prior experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy, and ARIA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
• Licensed in the State of Ohio in Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
• At least 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience; TrueBeam/Trilogy/ARIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer photon and electron radiation with accuracy under physician direction.
• Perform simulations, construct shielding blocks, document duties, and assist QA activities.
• Administer treatments per prescription and instructions, ensuring patient safety.
• Prepare simulations and verify treatments with proper documentation.
• Educate patients and families; cross-train to support operations.
