Qualifications

• Current California CRT certification.
• ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT(T)).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider).
• Less than one year of experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Prepare and accurately position patients for daily treatments.
• Operate advanced radiation therapy equipment, including CyberKnife, Varian TrueBeam, Elekta systems, and HDR therapy equipment.
• Monitor patients during treatment and respond appropriately to patient needs.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary oncology team to support quality patient outcomes.
• Follow all radiation safety standards and departmental policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members while providing compassionate care.
