• Licensed to practice in the state where work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately set up and deliver radiation treatment per oncologist's prescription.
• Identify patient prior to treatment and monitor during treatment.
• Document treatment records and charges.
• Operate Linear Accelerator safely and report malfunctions promptly.
• Perform CT/Sims, beam blocking, and mold creation; ensure quality checks.
