Job summary

Penn State Health Milton S Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, seeks a Radiation Therapist to administer ionizing radiation per prescriptions from the Radiation Oncologist. This full-time position requires ARRT certification (or within 3 months) and BLS, with flexible day shifts.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• ARRT certification required or able to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: ARIA 13.6+ and Varian equipment experience (TrueBeam).
• CT Simulation experience preferred; brachytherapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer accurate ionizing radiation to patients according to prescriptions and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist.
