Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Radiation Therapist for the Brock Cancer Center. This first-shift (days) position is PRN/Flex with a minimum of 8 hours per week, up to 40 hours.

Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist, following established practices and standards. Associates degree in Radiologic Technology is required with ARRT certification preferred; board passage within 6 months of hire is expected.

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Completion of an approved certification program prior to 2016 in lieu of Associates degree will be considered.
• No experience required.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
