Radiation Therapist opening

Location: Valencia / Santa Clarita area, about 40 minutes northwest of downtown Los Angeles.

About you:

Graduate of a Radiation Therapy program, CA license, and ARRT certification. Both new graduates and experienced candidates are considered.

Your Day:

• Deliver and record radiation therapy treatments under the direction of a radiation oncologist and chief radiation therapist.
• Enter and maintain patient treatment parameters into electronic medical records. Participate in clinical instruction of newly hired therapists and students.
• Accurately cut blocks, when applicable.
• Make accurate custom molds.
• Complete simple MU calculations accurately.
• Interpret computerized treatment plans.
