Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy treatments as part of the oncology team to ensure quality patient care.
• Deliver planned radiation treatments safely and accurately, using appropriate machine settings.
• Monitor patients visually and via treatment console during procedures.
• Take verification images and check treatment plans before initial treatments.
• Report deviations and perform Quality Assurance activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
• ARRT certification required.
• Two years’ experience preferred.
• Experience with ARIA and Truebeam systems.
• American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS card required.
• Ability to educate staff and work independently.
• State license required.
