Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an experienced Radiation Therapist to join the Radiation Therapy team in Philadelphia, PA. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, onsite at 3400 Civic Center Blvd. ARRT certification is preferred/required as applicable, and strong patient-care skills are essential to

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy preferred/required as applicable.
• Strong knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments to patients according to treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Verify patient identity, treatment site, positioning, and treatment parameters.
• Assist with patient positioning and immobilization.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and communicate any concerns to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and department procedures.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary oncology team to provide quality patient care.
