About Your Team

Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is a comprehensive 820,000-square-foot facility with 365 beds, over 1,200 employees, and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit, offering cutting-edge medical programs and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

The Radiation Therapist administers ionizing radiation treatments as prescribed by a physician, following established standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited education program in Radiologic Technology or Radiation Therapy.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in treatment delivery and simulation.
• Active ARRT certification in Radiological Therapy.
• Basic Life Support and CPR certifications.
• Strong leadership, judgment, creativity, and knowledge of the field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Aria and EPIC systems, especially scheduling, charge capture, treatment delivery, and clinical data interpretation.
