Job summary

Cochise Oncology in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our growing Radiation Oncology team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RTT or qualified new graduate, offering competitive compensation and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• ARRT (R)(T) certification required.
• Current or eligible for required Nevada licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately.
• Perform patient positioning, imaging, verification, and treatment setup.
• Assist with CT simulation as needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Monitor and support patients throughout treatment.
• Work closely with Radiation Oncologists, Physics, Dosimetry, and the clinical team.

Radiation Therapist

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $40-$70/hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $7500 with a 2-year commitment
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately


• Perform patient positioning, imaging, verification, and treatment setup


• Assist with CT simulation as needed


• Maintain accurate treatment documentation


• Monitor and support patients throughout treatment


• Work closely with Radiation Oncologists, Physics, Dosimetry, and the clinical team


• Follow radiation safety, quality assurance, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program


• ARRT (R)(T) certification required


• Current or eligible for required Nevada licensure


• BLS/CPR certification


• Strong patient-care and communication skills


• Ethos and experience preferred; qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply

The employment agreement will detail sign-on bonus eligibility, payment schedule, two-year commitment, and any repayment requirements.
