IHA in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a part-time Radiation Therapist to administer ionizing radiation and collaborate with the medical team to prepare and deliver treatments for patients of all ages.
This role requires ARRT-approved program completion, registry eligibility or active registration in Radiation Oncology, CPR certification, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Per diem/variable schedule with day shifts and normal 8 am-5 pm hours depending on patient volume.
The radiation therapist administers ionizing radiation to the patient and collaborates with the medical physicist, dosimetrist and radiation oncologist in the preparation and delivery of radiation treatments. This role performs services for patients from all age groups.
