Qualifications

• Develop and maintain Radiation Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Lead RAM inventory control and radioactive waste management.
• Train employees on radiation safety and EHS practices.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Radiation Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain accurate RAM inventory and control.
• Oversee radioactive waste management per regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine radiation surveys and facility inspections.
• Deliver EHS training and promote safety culture.
• Provide guidance on safe handling of radioactive materials.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Track KPIs and regulatory reporting.
• Support NRC, Agreement State, and OSHA inspections.
