Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred; enroll in BSN within 12 months of hire and complete within 4 years of hire.

• Collects and analyzes patient information related to physical, psychological, socio-cultural, economic, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Provides relationship-based nursing care autonomously using the nursing process with a focus on patient experience.

• Incorporates evidence-based practice and research into patient care with focus on quality and safety.
