Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience leading health care programs or outpatient services is needed.
• Knowledge of hospital operations, marketing for a radiation oncology center, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular reports and budget updates to campus leadership.
• Develops strategies to expand referral base and retain business.
• Collaborates with marketing teams to promote the program.
• Manages operating and capital budgets with corrective actions.
• Maintains relationships with referring physicians and staff.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and handles complaints promptly.
• Oversees staff and coordinates training and coverage.
