AMN Healthcare is seeking a Radiation Oncology Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Ohio. The role schedules Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, at a Level 2 Trauma Center.

The physician will perform standard radiation oncology procedures and responsibilities including ordering tests, ordering images, and prescribing treatments as needed. Licensure in Ohio is required, along with board certification in Radiation Oncology and Basic Life Support.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Radiation Oncology is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ohio licensure or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Orders tests.
• Orders images.
• Prescribes treatments or medications as part of patient care.

This facility is seeking a Radiation Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Practice Setting: Level 2 Trauma Center
• Required Procedures: three-dimensional Radiotherapy, Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy.
• Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, and Prescribes
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
• Certification Requirements: Board Certified and Basic Life Support
• Licensure: Ohio
