Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Radiation Oncology Physician for locum tenens support in Ohio. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at a Level 2 Trauma Center. The ideal candidate is board-certified, holds an Ohio license, and has BLS certification.

The role requires experience with SBRT, SRS, and conventional radiotherapy, plus orders tests and imaging and prescribes. Malpractice insurance arranged; travel and lodging handled.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Radiation Oncologist.
• Ohio licensure to practice medicine.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Locum tenens availability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Orders tests and imaging as part of patient care.
• Prescribes treatment and coordinates patient management.
• Works in a Level 2 Trauma Center setting.

This facility is seeking a Radiation Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Practice Setting: Level 2 Trauma Center
• Required Procedures: three-dimensional Radiotherapy, Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy.
• Required Duties: Orders Tests, Orders Images, and Prescribes
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
• Certification Requirements: Board Certified and Basic Life Support
• Licensure: Ohio
