Qualifications

  • Leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Appropriate clinical licensure for scope of work.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates service needs and adjusts staffing to ensure safe, quality patient care.
  • Manages HR functions: interviewing, selection, orientation, training, evaluation.
  • Provides communication through rounds, huddles, and meetings about updates and financials.
  • Ensures coordination of care across departments to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participates in budgets, business plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
