Job summary

UH Cleveland Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Radiation Oncology team. The APP will work independently, seeing patients in active treatment and survivorship, with a Mon-Fri, five‑day work week and no weekends or holidays.

Oncology experience is preferred. The role emphasizes patient access, education, and participation in a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high‑quality cancer care.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients and co‑workers.
• Performs patient assessment and contributes to diagnosis and care planning.
• Establishes care plans in accordance with protocols and current research.
• Collaborates with other health care providers in an interdisciplinary team.
• Provides education and supports staff development and learning.
