Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Radiation Oncologist to join our growing dermatology group.

We are a privately owned group and are looking for a radiation oncologist to work part time or full time in the state of Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiation oncology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients with cancer, determining the most appropriate course of radiation therapy (EBT/SRT)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into consideration their medical history, overall health, and specific cancer type
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, physician assistants and nurses, to ensure comprehensive cancer care
  • Monitor patients' progress throughout the course of treatment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families on the benefits, risks, and potential side effects of radiation therapy
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in radiation oncology and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Participate in research and clinical trials to advance the field of radiation oncology
Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in radiation oncology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
