Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Design precise radiation plans using Varian Linac, HDR, 4D CT, Aria/Eclipse, and SRS/SBRT.
• Conduct initial consultations and explain therapy options.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and precision.
• Collaborate with surgical and medical oncologists to integrate therapy.
• Participate in peer review with 11 radiation oncologists across 7 centers.
• Monitor patients post-treatment for recurrence and outcomes.
• Contribute to growth of the cancer program.
