University of Maryland School of Medicine is recruiting a Radiation Oncologist at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level to lead a full-time faculty clinical and research program. The candidate will drive translational and clinical trial efforts and participate in patient care at the Maryland Proton Treatment Center.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of extramural funding and a strong clinical practice, with potential leadership roles such as Vice-Chair based on experience.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology.
• Unrestricted medical license in Maryland.
• Proven track record in patient care and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision for research/clinical trial efforts in Radiation Oncology.
• Lead translational radiation sciences and collaboration with clinical research teams.
• Deliver patient care at the Maryland Proton Treatment Center and affiliated sites.
