Job summary
A leading healthcare organization in Normal, Illinois is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join their team. This position offers opportunities for mentorship for new graduates and practice in a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment. The successful candidate will be compensated between $525,000 and $600,000 and work with advanced treatment technologies such as the Varian True Beam. The role also includes academic appointment opportunities and access to numerous clinical trials.
Qualifications
Candidates with experience and new graduates are welcome to apply.
Mentorship for new graduates will be provided.
Must have a Medical degree and completed residency in Radiation Oncology.
Responsibilities
Practice external beam radiation therapy.
Collaborate with other Radiation Oncologists and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in weekly Quality Assurance Radiation Oncology Conferences.
Skills
Experience in external beam radiation therapy
Familiarity with EPIC EMR
Proficiency in Eclipse treatment planning software
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
Education
Medical degree with residency in Radiation Oncology
