Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a Radiation Oncology physician for locum tenens coverage across Michigan sites: Port Huron, Mt. Clemens, and Clarkston. Assignments include inpatient (5%) and outpatient (95%) care with a schedule across Sun-Sat, 730a-4p in Port Huron and 8a-4:30p in Mt.

Clemens/Clarkston, plus on-call coverage. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered. Board-certified physicians with MI license and active DEA, plus BLS/ACLS, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Radiation Oncology (BC).
• MI medical license required.
• DEA registration active.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D radiotherapy, conventional radiotherapy, and external radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT).
• Deliver fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy and stereotactic radiosurgery.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
• Prescribe and manage radiation therapy treatment plans.
• Provide clinic coverage and on-call services as scheduled.
