Radiation Oncology Consultants, PC, is looking for highly motivated BC/BE Radiation Oncologists to join our practice in the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. We are recruiting partner-track physicians with enthusiasm for serving a large and diverse geographic area including Southwest Oregon and Northern California through our practices in Grants Pass and Medford.
GROUP DETAILS
Our physician group has served the Rogue Valley and its environs for more than 30 years. As general radiation oncologists, we see a diverse community of patients and a wide variety of disease entities. We practice at Providence Medford Medical Center, Heimann Cancer Center at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, and Spears Cancer Center at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass. We currently have six physicians covering these sites, and our recruitment effort aims to fill positions recently vacated by retiring partners.
POSITION DETAILS
We are recruiting a full-time BC/BE Radiation Oncologist to primarily work at the Asante Spears Cancer Center in Grants Pass. Our world-class Spears team serves not only Grants Pass but also its surrounding rural communities the coasts of southwest Oregon and northern California. Our current technology at Spears includes a modern GE CT simulator, RayStation planning software, and an Elekta Infinity LINAC with plans to add a Varian TrueBeam in 2024 to accommodate our expanding patient volume and technical needs.
The ideal applicant has excellent personal and professional skills and a broad-based skill set in radiation oncology. Up-to-date experience with modern IMRT/IGRT techniques as well as SRS/SRT/SBRT is essential. Interest in leadership, quality improvement, and a culture of safety is also highly desired.

In a single day, one can raft down the Rogue River, visit a winery in the Applegate Valley, and see a play at the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. Our temperate climate allows outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy warm-weather activities such as hiking, rafting, fishing, and hunting and winter activities such as snowshoeing, skiing, and snowboarding. The Rogue Valley also has proximal access to natural wonders including Crater Lake National Park, the Redwood Coast, and Mount Shasta.
