Job summary

Beckley, WV-based Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC seeks a Radiation Oncologist for hospital-based locum tenens coverage. You will provide consultations, craft treatment plans, and perform HDR brachytherapy for patients.

Supervise therapists, APPs, and RNs; manage ~3 new consults daily and 18–25 patients on Tuesdays. Requires WV or Universal License (IMLC), Board Certification in Radiation Oncology, DEA, and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Active WV license or Universal License (IMLC).
• Board certified in Radiation Oncology is required.
• DEA registration is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation oncology consultations and develop treatment plans for new and existing patients.
• Administer radiation therapy including HDR brachytherapy procedures.
• Supervise radiation therapists, APPs, and RNs in the cancer center.
• Manage patient census of approximately 3 new consults daily and 18-25 patients on Tuesdays.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive cancer care.
