Responsibilities

• Support engineering decisions based on radiation effects on overall system performance.
• Design harden and verify the performance of systems across multiple radiation effects (dose rate, TID, NDD, SEE).
• Support interdisciplinary teams to ensure radiation hardening across the product lifecycle.
• Define and execute approaches for problems and independently complete assignments.
• Contribute high-quality content for technical reports and presentations with minimal guidance.
• Communicate design concerns to project leadership.
• Update best practices and QMS processes with current tools and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
