Job summary

The International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Project Engineer to provide on-site support at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, VA. This role involves full lifecycle engineering support for radiation detection instruments affiliated with the Navy RADIAC Program.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing technical data packages, conducting failure analyses, and providing technical support to Navy RADIAC customers. A BS degree in engineering is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of technical specifications, acceptance test plans, and technical data requirements.
  • Review vendor-developed technical data packages, including drawings and test procedures.
  • Conduct failure analyses, calibration interval analyses, reliability-centered maintenance analyses.
  • Prepare technical data packages and coordinate logistics support for equipment fielding.
  • Provide technical support to Navy RADIAC customers and other program personnel.

Experience developing content in SGML/XML

Education

BS degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, radiological, nuclear, or related fields)
Four-year degrees in health physics or physical sciences under consideration
