Job summary

Radiance Technologies seeks a Radar System Modeling and Simulation Analyst in Huntsville to review, update, test, and document radar models built in Simulink and converted to C++. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or relevant technical field.
• US citizenship with a TS/SCI clearance.
• Offers will be contingent upon successful completion of a CI polygraph.
• Experience in radar operations and terminology.
• Ability to perform exploratory analysis and research, and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms.
• Strong analytic, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Will communicate and collaborate effectively and efficiently with other technical government and contractor engineers and scientists.
• Will present findings and recommendations to appropriate groups and help determine actionable steps based on the findings.
• Will prepare written, technical reports to management, indicating analytical findings that will be used to support the Intelligence Community.
• May provide work leadership and training to lower level professional and technical staff.
• May supervise junior staff and schedule work to meet completion dates.
