OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst to join a team supporting ARMY radar systems at Redstone Arsenal. You will contribute to analysis tool design, performance assessments, and system-level evaluations for missile-defense radar platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in sensor/data analysis, proficiency with MATLAB/Python, and strong communication for briefings. Security clearance eligibility is necessary; on-site work is expected at Redstone Arsenal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly related technical field; experience may substitute for degree.
• 3+ years of experience with sensor and/or system-level data analysis.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Python for data manipulation, visualization and signal processing.
• Ability to develop reports/briefings explaining radar behaviors to diverse audiences.
• Experience in radar analysis, systems engineering, or radar test/evaluation.

Mid-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking a Mid-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst to support our ARMY customer onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Job Responsibilities include: You will join a well-established team that supports the development, test, and fielding of missile defense radar systems. Common tasks for this position include analysis tool design and development, and complex analysis on radar system and/or algorithm performance.

• Provide expertise on various aspects of critical radar functions including acquisition, scheduling, tracking, discrimination, advanced functions, and system-level interactions.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.
• Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation (M&S), post-flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts.
• Interact with external customers and stakeholders, program offices, and radar development prime contractors.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or a highly related technical field. Years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
• 3+ years of experience with sensor and/or system-level data analysis.
• Using MATLAB, Python, and/or similar tools, must be proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering.
• Ability to develop and/or contribute to reports and briefings that explain complex radar behaviors effectively to a broad range of audiences.
• MATLAB Experience developing and/or improving complex analysis tools.
• Experience in radar analysis, radar systems engineering, and/or radar test and evaluation.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple efforts.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with AN/TPY-2 TM.
• Experience with radar signal detection/injection HWIL systems.
• Experience in C, C++, and Ada programming, Linux/Unix operating systems, Microsoft Office.

Required Education

• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Cyber, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline, however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
