Job summary

EVOTEK, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to provide technical engineering support for FAA Radar System Replacement (RSR) systems, including implementation, integration, testing, optimization, and sustainment. You will work under senior staff to conduct site engineering activities and develop documentation.

You will support the system lifecycle from site surveys through acceptance testing and ongoing second-level engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams and FAA personnel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of systems engineering experience with complex technical systems.
• Experience with systems integration, documentation, testing or implementation projects.
• Experience supporting hardware/software integration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and configuration management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in site surveys and collect data for system design.
• Support SAT/CAI and site acceptance processes.
• Prepare Site Survey Reports and Implementation Plans.
• Radar optimization, calibration, and performance tuning.
• Develop drawings, diagrams, installation docs, and technical reports.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and verification activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and integration issues.
• Coordinate activities with installation teams, field technicians, and FAA personnel.
• Ensure compliance with FAA standards and program documentation.
