Job summary
EVTKS in Egg Harbor Township, NJ seeks an ASR-9 Network Engineer/Systems Tester to support the Airport Surveillance Radar program. You will provide 2nd level engineering for data management of subsystems, troubleshoot radar data, and assist in system upgrades and calibration.
Travel 25-50% nationwide to radar sites, document maintenance procedures, and collaborate with technicians and vendors. A BS in engineering or related field and 3–6 years’ experience are required, along with security
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or related technical field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance
Responsibilities
- 2nd level engineering for data management of ASR-9 subsystems
- Troubleshoot data analysis for radar systems
- Perform system upgrades, modifications, and calibration
- Develop/maintain technical documentation and procedures
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for electrical systems
- Troubleshoot operational issues and propose solutions
- Participate in design reviews throughout development life cycle
