Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and minimum 2 years of experience.
• Experience with scripting and/or software development (MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or Linux/Red).
• Experience with systems engineering (integration, verification and/or system testing).

Responsibilities

• Plan radar performance analysis activities supporting live missile defense flight tests.
• Analyze radar measurement data from flight test events to characterize detection, tracking, and sensor performance.
• Evaluate time-sensitive radar outputs, track quality, measurement accuracy, and resource usage for compliance with requirements.
• Perform pre-mission analysis using engineering tools and flight-test simulations to predict radar behavior and identify risks.
• Produce technical artifacts including performance reports, briefings, and data packs for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support readiness reviews and mission execution with performance expectations and risk assessments.
• Maintain configuration control of analysis procedures, data pipelines, scripts, and verification artifacts.
• Travel locally and non-locally to support test activities as required.
