Job summary

Apogee Integration is seeking a Requirements Engineer to support NGA’s Sensor Integration Office within the Enterprise Engineering team. The role involves systems engineering and integration for new sensor capabilities into the Enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on Radar and requirements engineering.

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required. Location options include Springfield, VA or Chantilly, VA, with a target salary range of $148,000–$200,000 annually and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or related STEM degree program.
• 6+ years of experience in a Requirements Engineering discipline or related field.
• Experience tracing program/project requirements to source requirements (JARM, TSTs) for duplication and gap analysis.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau for tracking requirements, documentation, and backlog progress.
• Ability to coordinate with users and stakeholders to develop Sensor program requirements for new and changing mission needs.
• Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience.

Position

Apogee's is seeking a Requirements Engineer to work within our dynamic Enterprise Engineering team. The Enterprise Engineering team supports the Government by providing systems engineering and integration support for NGA’s Sensor Integration (TIS) Office. This team provides strategic and solutions-level systems engineering support for the integration of new sensor capabilities into the Enterprise architecture. Required

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program
• 6+ years of experience working in a Requirements Engineering discipline or a closely-related field that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the tasks associated with this work
• Experience tracing program/project requirements to the source requirement such as the Joint Architecture Reference Models (JARM), and JARM Technical Service Types (TSTs) for duplication analysis and gap analysis
  Experience with tools such as JIRA, CONFLUENCE, and Tableau for tracking requirements, documentation, and backlog progress
• Ability to coordinate with users and stakeholders to develop Sensor program requirements for new and changing mission needs
• Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience

Pay

• Target Salary Range: $148,000 to $200,000. The salary range listed represents the anticipated compensation for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors
