• Ability to contribute across the full systems engineering lifecycle, from concept development through test and deployment.

Work Environment

The role is based in a small, highly collaborative organization of approximately 65 employees, with about half of the team consisting of engineers. You will work closely with multiple engineering disciplines, gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and supporting new product development efforts. The environment encourages cross‑functional collaboration, technical ownership, and direct impact on system architecture and product outcomes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brea, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $92.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
