You will lead the successful execution of Radar signal processing, modes, and software function throughout Radar development programs, including weather signal processing, waveform design and implementation, embedded radar software, software architecture, and future multi‑mode radar capability development. Working with the PI, and other system leads, this role establishes the technical approach and software capabilities for radar prototypes. Candidates should have demonstrated hands‑on technical leadership of end‑to‑end radar signal processing, modes, and software development from concept through integrated prototype demonstration.

Location: Torrance, CA., Phoenix, AZ., Redmond, WA.
Work Schedule: M‑F hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 remote)
The annual base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $147,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
