Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• 3+ years in software quality assurance, software test engineering, or software development infra.
• Experience developing automated tests at unit, integration, or system level.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting.
• Working proficiency in C++ to understand, instrument, and debug production software.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with bug-tracking systems such as Jira.
• Experience testing and debugging software in Linux environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for radar software and firmware.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Support software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop test infrastructures.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test suites and rapid feedback.
• Develop tooling to collect, catalog, and replay radar test data for reproducibility.
• Support deployment of firmware/software updates to lab hardware and fielded units.
• Build release-assurance workflows with test evidence, release notes, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, systems, and CM teams to verify release criteria.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and release practices.
