We seek a Radar Perception and Sensor Fusion Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy real-time perception algorithms in a production-ready stack. You will own algorithm development from problem definition to deployment, focusing on object detection, clustering, multi-object tracking, sensor fusion, and real-time pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong C++ and Python software development skills.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating algorithms in perception, robotics, or signal processing.
• Solid foundations in linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
• Ability to formulate problems, compare approaches, and validate improvements with data.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, validate, and maintain software modules and algorithms.
• Develop real-time software systems using C++ and Python, with ROS/ROS2 where appropriate.
• Improve radar perception, sensor fusion, object detection, clustering, and tracking.
• Analyze sensor data to identify failure modes and improve performance.
• Apply Kalman filters and probabilistic data association for perception problems.
• Build APIs, middleware, and processing pipelines for perception systems.
• Optimize for accuracy, robustness, cost, and latency.
• Develop debugging, visualization, logging, replay, and evaluation tools.
• Define tests and evaluate algorithms with real-world data, simulation, and field tests.
• Work with Linux-based development environments and embedded platforms.
