Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD seeks a Radar Modeling, Simulation & Analysis Systems Engineer for a full-time, on-site role. You will develop models and simulations of platforms, sensors, weapons, and their interactions with the environment.

Responsibilities include MSE&A using C++ OO design, data analytics, verification against flight/test data, and producing reports to support VVA and accreditation. Collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM with relevant experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience with C/C++, Python, Linux/Windows environments.
• Domain experience in RF/EOIR/Communications systems.
• Experience with MATLAB and signal processing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Modeling, simulation, and analysis of advanced systems and platforms.
• Develop data analytics and design of experiments to evaluate performance.
• Integrate modeling with flight software and lab/test data.
• Produce publication-quality reports for verification and accreditation.
• Support simulation credibility across stakeholders and teams.
