Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience, or 2–6 years with a Master's degree.
• Demonstrated experience in radar/electronic warfare sensor technology.
• Ability to identify business development opportunities and support proposal activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of new and existing programs for Department of Defense customers.
• Mentor junior engineers and grow a talented engineering team.
• Provide technical direction for software and firmware development.
