Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support the U.S. Army at Tobyhanna, PA. You will troubleshoot, repair, test, modify, and integrate complex radar and electronic warfare systems alongside engineers and government stakeholders.

This on-site role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, hands-on skills with oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, and the ability to interpret schematics and install hardware upgrades during training exercises.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field, or equivalent military/civilian technical experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting radar, RF, C5ISR, aviation, or electronic warfare systems.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and digital multimeters; read schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and test complex radar, RF, electronic, mechanical, and computer systems; fault isolation with advanced test equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical publications.
• Install, configure, validate, and verify hardware and software upgrades; conduct calibration and system acceptance testing.
