Job summary

Arcata Associates, Inc. seeks an Electronics Technician III to support maintenance of TOSS, Ground Radar, Threat Simulators and related systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, routine and complex repairs, and leading technicians on projects.

Must be able to obtain a government security clearance and travel as required. The role requires strong knowledge of electronics theory, testing instruments, and the ability to work in field environments, including remote locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent required.
• At least 6 years hands-on experience maintaining digital/analog electronics.
• Graduate from 2-year technical school with electronics/microwave focus or military COMM/RF training.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and remedial maintenance on range systems and electronics equipment.
• Lead technician on projects and mentor junior technicians.
• Assist engineering in circuit layout and analysis.
• Maintain ISO-compliant environment and documentation.
