Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Radar/Electronic Warfare Engineer to support the B‑52 division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply radar and EW expertise to analyze requirements, support system integration, and help ensure airworthiness and mission success.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, advanced degrees, and extensive DoD experience. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across engineering disciplines to deliver robust, test‑driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Advanced degree and extensive DoD experience required.
• Strong knowledge of radar theory, design, and integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a radar engineer with emphasis on integration of radar and EW sensors.
• Communicate with engineering functions across structures, EMI, reliability, and safety.
• Perform analyses, requirements analyses, and system capacity analyses; document results.
• Assist in developing draft systems engineering documents for milestone reviews.
• Participate in team meetings, TIMs, reviews and interface control meetings.
• Support establishment of criteria, develop agendas, and coordinate technical reviews.
• Support hardware/software development and related ground/flight test activities (HIL, labs, DT, IOT&E).
• Assist in airworthiness directives and platform certification processes.
• Use MIL‑HDBK‑516 to verify requirements and coordinate with base engineering.
