Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, science, or math.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with data engineering on large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of analytic methodologies and principles.
• Working knowledge of DOD and Military sensors, including radar and EOIR.
• Programming in C++, MATLAB, Python, or STK.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows.
• Able to communicate complex technical material to stakeholders.
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains analytical tool sets, including verification and validation activities.
• Captures, develops, and documents data definitions, tool documentation, process procedures and data quality requirements.
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives or contributes to the implementation of strategic direction.
• May write code and tools to preprocess, clean, and analyze data.
• Apply data modeling and data virtualization principles.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to generate insights for predictive forecasting or classification.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with stakeholders.
