Reliable Robotics Corporation is hiring a Radar Algorithms Engineer to advance phased array radar systems used for Detect and Avoid. You will analyze radar systems, develop processing algorithms, and implement them in C++ on target hardware.

You will drive system requirements, perform trade studies with cross-functional teams, and support aircraft integration and flight testing. The role requires 8+ years of hands-on radar experience, proficiency in C++, Matlab, and Python (Python preferred),

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of hands-on radar algorithm experience.
  • Proficiency in C++, Matlab, and Python (Python preferred).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Experience with Pulsed and FMCW processing.
  • Experience in airborne radar testing and development.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze phased array radar systems and develop radar processing algorithms for short/long range tracking and image generation.
  • Design algorithms in Matlab/Python and implement in C++ on target hardware.
  • Drive system-level requirements and perform trade studies with cross-functional teams.
  • Support radar integration on aircraft and data collection during flight testing.
  • Own real-time radar algorithm processing on FPGA/DSP platforms.
