TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Rutherford County, Tennessee, offers an Accelerated Rad Tech to CT Tech Development Program. Radiologic Technologists advance to CT through a 10-week online certification, while earning 38.5 hours weekly and gaining CT clinical hours at HCA facilities.

Eligibility includes current ARRT or NMTCB certification and an associate’s degree or higher transcript. After completion, participants may join as full-time employees at an HCA facility, with a schedule Friday

Qualifications

• Be in a Radiologic Technologist role for the 10-week program.
• ARRT or NMTCB certification required.
• Complete 38.5 CT hours per week during the program.
• Facility must place you in an FTE after completion.
• Must be employed by HCA Healthcare and complete clinicals at an HCA facility.
• Provide college transcript showing an associate’s degree or higher, with English and Math passed.
• Program requires Fri–Sun 9:30a–10p after completion.

Responsibilities

• Complete 38.5 CT clinical hours per week over 10 weeks.
• Participate in clinicals at HCA Healthcare facilities.
• Transition to a full-time role upon program completion.
