Job summary

IHA in Fresno, CA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for part-time day shifts. The role requires completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and current California CRT certification. A fluoroscopy permit and ARRT certification are preferred, along with CPR certification.

Candidates with radiography experience in acute care and familiarity with C-Arm, fluoroscopy, and IVP exams are desired. The successful candidate will operate diagnostic imaging equipment, maintain high

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Graduate of an accredited program of Radiologic Technology is required.
  • Radiography experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
  • Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification is required.
  • Current fluoroscopy permit from the State of California or eligibility to complete fluoroscopy class and obtain certification within six (6) months of hire is required.
  • ARRT certification is preferred. CPR card is required.
  • Knowledge of general radiography, fluoroscopy, IVP's, tomography, C-Arm and portable radiography, surgery, ER/trauma, and specialized radiographic exams such as myelography is preferred.
  • Knowledge of radiographic and support equipment is required.
  • Ability to operate all diagnostic imaging equipment and perform all introductory diagnostic imaging examinations with little guidance is required.
  • Projection of a professional image to patients, physicians, the public, and other health care providers is required.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required.

Job description

Pay Range

$38.68 - $54.15

May be adjusted based on Career Ladder placement
