Carilion Clinic Roanoke is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Outpatient services. You will perform diagnostic imaging in ambulatory and practice-based settings, orienting patients and ensuring high-quality images while maintaining safe care and efficient flow.

This full-time role in CRCH may rotate to ION or Riverside 3 during low OR volume. A sign-on bonus up to $30,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,000 are available; ARRT registry and Virginia license are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registry and Virginia state license for ambulatory settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and prioritize tasks in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures using radiographic equipment in outpatient settings.
• Assesses patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safe and appropriate care.
• Positions patients and operates imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Utilizes PACS, RIS, and EMR systems for documentation and workflow.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to support patient care.
