Job summary

Cooper Lighting Solutions in Atlanta is seeking a Rad Tech - OR to operate radiologic equipment and provide diagnostics in a supportive environment. You will deliver patient care across all age groups, performing advanced imaging procedures as necessary.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an AMA approved program with at least 2 years of experience and holds required certifications. Competitive sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in radiologic technology.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R).
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advanced diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program (Required)

Work Experience

• 2 years experience (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) Upon Hire Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
